Arastirma 2010-2011 Akademik yili icerisinde Selcuk Universitesi’ne bagli bulunan Ahmet Kelesoglu Egitim Fakultesi, Edebiyat Fakultesi, Iktisadi ve Idari Bilimler Fakultesi, Iletisim Fakultesi, Ilahiyat Fakultesi ve Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yuksek Okulu’nda gorev alan 151 akademisyene uygulanmistir.

Through this age, lifelong learning has become widespread; and different thinking styles, working and career became the basic concepts of work life. Instructors should not be insensitive to these continuous changes in information age and they have to develop and renew themselves in the society changing and improving continuously. This process of continuous learning and changing will contribute rapid and consistent career development of instructors besides its contribution to society welfare. In this context, this study focuses on how the attitudes and behaviors of instructors should be in this constantly changing and developing information world and the challenges and threats they can face on their career path. Previous studies in literature are used in this study to shed light on this subject and some suggestions are put forward for instructors
