Why refer to See Differently?
Any healthcare professional, plan manager or aged care professional can refer someone to See Differently.
We are specialists in low vision and blindness and we work side by side with healthcare professionals and clients to determine the best approach and plan.
Our multi-disciplinary team can provide advice on maximising a person’s remaining vision. We also work with our clients to ensure independence, safety and mobility and offer a wide range of technology and products for people at home, work and in the community. Our counselling and peer support programs also provide invaluable support as people deal with the emotional impacts of vision loss.

When someone is diagnosed with vision loss, they often leave with more questions than answers. At See Differently, our low vision care approach provides personalised assessments, holistic support, and every client is empowered to live independently and confidently with the sight they have.
Health Professional Referrals
We’re here to help support patients who are blind or living with low vision with a wide range of services, support and products. This form is specifically for healthcare professionals to refer a patient to See Differently.
Self-Referral
If you are blind or living with low vision, or are helping a friend or family member, you can complete this self-referral form and a See Differently Customer First team will be in touch to either find out more or book you in for the relevant service.
