In other news
I went through my Circle and subscribed to people who were subscribed to me, if they've posted since January 2016. Heh. If you intend to start posting again, let me know! It feels so comfortable to be back here on blogs, even though it's DW and not LJ. I scrolled through that friending meme over at [Bad username: st-aurafina"]'s but didn't add anyone because I need to commit to actually being here more regularly first. This space will remain, as it has since the beginning, primarily my fannish space. Twitter will continue to be my political & occasionally fannish space. Tumblr will be where I go when I remember I have one or want to post something that gets seen. Hee.
It is so cold in my office. I wish this space heater worked better. It's blowing DIRECTLY ON ME and I still have a sweatshirt on. I am made of weak temperature resistance.
I went from a premium paid account to a regular paid account here on DW so I've lost some icons, but it's amusing to see which ones still remain. Like walking through a graveyard of fandoms past. "Oh look, there's Treme! Aw, I remember Boomtown. Friday Night Lights!!"
Fannishly this year my goals are to try to re-engage more on DW and to finish my Dragon Age: Inquisition fic. I would love to also make a vid but that seems unlikely. If I don't, though, it would be the first year since I started vidding (in 2003?!) that I DIDN'T make one. So I will try very hard to make at least one. Maybe that Roberta Warren from Z-Nation vid that I super duper want to make. I don't know where to get source anymore, though, now that nobody releases anything on DVD. Anybody have any suggestions?
