Step 1: Zoom Integration
Before creating live lessons, make sure Zoom is connected.
Follow the steps in our Zoom integration guide to create a Server-to-Server OAuth app and connect it with your site.
Step 2: Create a Live Lesson
Once Zoom is connected, go to your course and click Edit Course.
Scroll to the Lesson Builder section and click the Add Lesson button.
In the popup, select Add a Live Lesson.

Step 3: Fill Live Lesson Details
A form will appear where you can fill in the following details:
- Title of the live session
- Description
- Start date and time
- Duration
- Timezone
Once all fields are filled in, click the Generate Zoom Meeting Link button.
This will automatically create a Zoom meeting and attach it to the lesson.

Step 4: Zoom Meeting is Created and Linked
Once the Zoom meeting is generated successfully, it is automatically attached to the lesson.
You can now see the newly created live lesson listed inside the Lesson Builder.
Click on the lesson to view the Zoom session information such as:
Join button for users
Meeting topic
Scheduled time
Duration
