Hot Ones

Five bottles of orange habanero hot sauce from a slightly elevated angle on a light wooden surface

I was about to run out of what unexpectedly turned into my favorite hot sauce, so the only sensible thing to do was make more. It’s the first time I’ve found a habanero hot sauce recipe that hits the right flavor notes for me and works on just about anything. This batch took about an hour to produce start to finish and cost about $8.00. Four and a half bottles of the store-bought variety would probably cost more than double that, so a good (delicious) investment in my books.

Also a better way to deliver hot takes.
