Sched Accessibility Statement

Last updated: Jun 9, 2025

Everyone Deserves a Seat at the Table

At Sched, our mission is simple: bring people together. But connection only works when everyone can take part. That’s why accessibility is core to how we support you in building events that are inclusive, impactful, and welcoming to all.

What We’re Doing

We are aligning our platform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, prioritizing the parts of Sched that matter most to your team and attendees. With every release, we’re working to remove barriers so more people can participate fully, and events bring more people together.

Accessibility Is a Practice

Just like planning a great event, accessibility takes ongoing care. It’s not a one-time fix, but a commitment. As technology evolves and needs shift, we’re committed to learning, adapting, and improving; because togetherness only works when it works for everyone. We understand that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and have taken the following steps to advance inclusive access and achieve universal design across our products:

    • Training opportunities for the Sched team, including front-end designers and developers, to build awareness and skills in accessible design and development.
    • Strive to take into consideration accessibility and usability principles during design and development
    • Product evaluations through both internal reviews and independent third-party assessments. If accessibility barriers are identified, we take prompt action to resolve them.

Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)

Sched Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) are available in the list below. Each follows the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). We test our products using WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

  • Public Website Tested: June 2025
  • Native App Tested: June 2025
  • Speaker Portal Tested: June 2025
  • Control Panel Tested: June 2025

Feedback and Support

We know we won’t always get everything right the first time. If you or someone at your event experiences a barrier, please reach out. We’re here to listen, learn, and improve.
