Profile Section #


How do I change/reset/update my password?

Delete account/profile

Can’t sign in
First, please confirm that you’re using the same email address you used to register for the event. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected].


Email Questions #

When do schedule reminder emails go out?
The daily schedule email is sent automatically each morning of your event (around 2 a.m. local time). Please make sure your time zone is set correctly in your account settings.

How do I delete/edit/alter an email that I have sent?
Once an email has been queued to send, it cannot be edited or recalled.

We’ve received this request from other event planners as well and are keeping it in mind for future updates, though we don’t currently have a timeline to share.

If you contact our support team at [email protected] with details such as the scheduled send time, email subject, and/or recipient, they can provide you with a copy of the email content after it has been sent. You can also check your logs under the Communication tab.

Can I disable the daily schedule email reminder?
You can disable daily schedule email reminders here in the communication tab under messages.While we believe these emails are a valuable reminder for attendees, you can also add a custom message to the top of them. Some planners use this space for important reminders, lost & found information, or a positive welcome message.

Can I edit/stop a scheduled/queued email?
It is not possible to stop or recall a message once it has been queued to send.

How can I see a sent email?
You can view manually sent emails under the Communication tab in the Logs section of your admin panel.


Tickets and Registration #

Can attendees buy tickets using Sched?
Yes. You can use our built-in registration feature to allow attendees to purchase tickets in Sched.

With this feature, you can enable the attendee registration form, create multiple ticket types, and collect registration fees via Stripe.

Session Content #

Can I add more than one type and subtype to a session?
While the spreadsheet may allow you to list more than one, doing so can cause display or filtering issues in Sched.
To ensure everything works smoothly, please enter only one type and one subtype per session row.

How do I edit my profile?

How do I edit sessions?
The fastest and easiest way to edit sessions is to download, edit, and re-import a spreadsheet into your event’s control panel.

Can you chat in Sched? Does Sched have chat?

How do I resize my photo?
The best way to resize images into squares is to use image editing software like Photoshop to add margins and convert a rectangular photo into a square.

You can also use a free online tool called Pixlr:

  1. Go to: https://pixlr.com/editor/
  2. Open the image from your computer
  3. Click Image > Canvas Size
    Match the width and height to the larger number and click the center square
  4. Click File > Save

Can I batch/bulk enroll attendees?
Yes. You can enroll attendees in a session in bulk. Please refer to our guide: How to Batch-Enroll Attendees.

How can I contact the event or the event planner?

You can contact the event organizer using the “Contact Organizer” link located at the bottom left corner of the event page.

How do I clone, duplicate, or reuse an event?
You can duplicate a past event using the Duplicate Past Event option.

Delete event
For safety reasons, events cannot be deleted from the console. Please contact [email protected] and let us know which event you would like to delete, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Does Sched have custom page image hosting?
Currently, we cannot host images for custom pages. You’ll need to host them on your own website or use a free hosting service such as:

After uploading your image, copy the image URL and paste it into the custom page editor using the image button.

Can I add or change passwords for attendees in the spreadsheet?
The password column in the spreadsheet will only create passwords for brand-new Sched users. It will not update the passwords of existing Sched users.


Speaker Tools #

Can speakers add a video link to their session?
Yes. You can customize which tools speakers are allowed to use from your event settings page.
