Robyn Richardson

A boss told me I’m the most laid back perfectionist she’d ever met. She was right. I’m detail oriented, incisively strategic, always practical, and believe that anything is possible. This approach to problem solving makes me an inspired leader, my passion for design is contagious. I put the user front and center and scale the solution to fit their needs. I can identify project parameters and effectively translate them into goals and actions that are attainable, efficient and economically viable. I’ve managed million dollar budgets. During long projects, my sense of humor buoys the team spirit. I bring enthusiasm to the office and am fun to work with.
