Nüzhet-i Cihân ve Nâdire-i Zamân (Nigâristân) Tercümesi'ni konu edinen bu tez, eserin tenkitli ne... more Nüzhet-i Cihân ve Nâdire-i Zamân (Nigâristân) Tercümesi'ni konu edinen bu tez, eserin tenkitli neşrini ve incelemesini yapacaktır. Eser XVI. yüzyılda Nigâristân adıyla yazılan Farsça İslam Tarihi'nin Türkçeye bilinen tek tercümesidir. Eser sahibi devrin tanınmış âlimlerinden Altıparmak Mehmed Efendi'dir. Kaynaklarda kendisinden Üskübî ve Çıkrıkçızâde diye de bahsedilen Mehmed Efendi daha ziyade Altıparmak lakabıyla tanınmıştır. Çok yönlülüğü ile öne çıkan mütercimin şairliğinin ulaşılabilen en önemli örnekleri eserin içerisinde yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde Altıparmak Mehmed Efendi'nin hayatı, eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde tercümenin nesir kısmına dair muhteva incelemesi yapılmıştır. Sonrasında eserdeki Türkçe şiirler incelenmiş ve Farsça şiirler ayrı bir başlıkta gösterilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde nüsha incelemeleri yapılmıştır. Ardından metin tesisinde izlenen usul açıklanmış ve hemen akabinde eserin tenkitli neşrine yer verilmiştir.
This thesis which studies Nigâristân's translation (which is called Nüzhet-i Cihân ve Nâdire-i Zamân) will analyze and critically edit the book. The study is the only known Turkish translation of the Persian Islamic history written in 16th century under the title of "Nigâristân." The translator is the great scholar of his time Altıparmak Mehmed Efendi. Mehmed Efendi who is mentioned as "Üskübî" and "Çıkrıkçızâde" in the sources adopts "Altıparmak" epithet. The thesis contains the most important samples of the translator's poetry who is also prominent in his versatility. The first chapter informs us about the life and studies of Altıparmak Mehmed Efendi. The second chapter analyses the prosaic content of the translation. While presenting poems in Persian under a separate title, the second chapter also examines the poems in Turkish. Third chapter analyzes the copies in hand for the editing. Then it gives information on the method of editing the text and contains the critical edition itself.

ÖZET Tezin Adı: Osman Nuri Paşa ve Divanı (İnceleme-Metin) Hazırlayan: Sedat KOCABEY Yüksek lisan... more ÖZET Tezin Adı: Osman Nuri Paşa ve Divanı (İnceleme-Metin) Hazırlayan: Sedat KOCABEY Yüksek lisans tezimizin konusunu, 19. yy. şairlerinden Osman Nuri Paşa'nın hayatı, edebi şahsiyeti ve divanının transkripsiyonlu metni oluşturmaktadır. Osman Nuri Paşa 19. asrın ilk yarısında yaşamış, dönemin önemli bir merkezlerinden biri olan Diyarbakır'da doğmuş ve yine burada vefat etmiştir. Osman Nuri Paşa, unvanından da anlaşılacağı üzere iyi bir öğrenim görerek devletin bazı vilayetlerinde kaymakamlık yapmış ve bu görevler sırasında bazen lütuflar görmüş ve bazen de sürgünlere maruz kalmıştır. Divanında başka herhangi bir eseri bulunmamaktadır. Mürettep divan sahibi olan Osman Nuri Paşa, özellikle gazellerinde dil sadeliği, deyimlere sıkça yer vermesi ve Türkçe redifleri ile dikkat çeker. Kasidelerinde ise devrin padişahlarına, lütuflarını gördüğü paşalara ve tasavvuf büyükleri olan Mevlānā ile Abdülkādir Geylāni'ye yer vermiştir. Divan şiiri çerçevesindeki nazım türlerinin hemen hemen hepsinde manzumeler kaleme almıştır. Divanda, vezin kusurları görülmekle birlikte bunlar çok değildir. Osmân Nûrî Pasha who lived in first half of 19 century, was born in Diyarbakır where was the important center of century and died in here. Osmân Nûrî Pasha had a good education and worked as a district governor of some provinces and he had both help and exile during these missions. He left just one work collected poems which is on Classical Turkish Literature. Osmân Nûrî pasha who has reorganised divan, take a great impression especially simple language in gazelles, adding idioms and turkish redifs. He would also include this age of sultans, pashas who help him and the leader of sufisms who are Mevlânâ and Abdülkâdir in his eulogiums. He would nearly write all kinds of divan poems. Bunun neticesinde bazı eski bilgilerin bir kısmı teyit edilerek sağlamlaştırılmış bir kısmı ise eldeki veriler doğrultusunda değişikliğe uğramıştır. İnceleyeceğimiz Altıparmak Mehmed Efendi’nin şiirleri de bu kabildendir ve onun tercüme ettiği Nüzhet-i Cihân ve Nâdire-i Zamân, Nigâristân Tercümesi adlı eserde var olan şiirleridir. Bunun neticesinde çalışmamızın onun farklı bir yönünü açığa çıkarması hedeflenmektedir. Bir dönemi, şairi ve yazarı tanımak için istifade ettiğimiz tezkirelerde ve diğer kaynaklarda onun alimliği, mütercimliği ifade edilirken şiirlerinden pek örnek olmadığı için incelenen kaynaklarda şairliğinden bahsedilmediği görülmektedir.
