Thanks! I've been trying to go through XJournal, but it's encountering technical difficulties. I've ported everything over to Dreamwidth, though, so at least I've got that backup.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing - I barely post anyway these days, except for Yuletide.

Do you know of a good reliable method for downloading and backing up my journal in an offline…

Not connecting FB to LJ is a practice I have observed religiously for some years. I hardly ever post around here anymore anyway. -Rymenhild
