Navaide Launches Its First Internship Program

During Summer 2025, we welcomed a dynamic new cohort of summer interns to our Northern Virginia office. Our interns are unlocking hidden potential and showing us the future of what’s possible by directly contributing to a high priority project aimed at developing a full-stack agentic AI system.

Key Highlights

Over the course of four 2-week sprints, our interns tackled real client challenges in areas such as data automation, software development, database vectorization, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), inferencing, observability, containerization, and user experience design led by Director of Innovation Amyn Porbanderwala, and former Senior Director of Digital Transformation Ismael Cardenas.

This innovative platform is designed to transform instructed project requests into sprint-ready software development outputs, revolutionizing the project delivery process for our clients. Their contributions prompted us to explore new tools, step out of our comfort zones, and spark new ideas that will shape our future projects.

Reflections

We closed out our 2025 Summer Internship Program with a Capstone Project Demo, where our interns presented their fully functioning Agentic AI Requirements Management Workflow prototype.

Teammates, clients, and partners witnessed a remarkable display of curiosity, creativity, and technical prowess from an exceptional group of young professionals. Our interns have left us with fresh perspectives, wonderful memories, and a network of connections that will last well beyond their internship.

We are immensely proud of their accomplishments and even more excited about the ripple effects their work will create here at Navaide.
