Garage Sailing

Gashi soshite aisatsu, everyone, and welcome to Sasori's Rock! (I don't understand why you say "everyone." Saranie's the only person who reads this.) Not true! Grandma reads it! (That's still not enough to be called "everyone". That's more like "both of you.") Mom read my Mother's Day entry. (It doesn't count if she only read one of them.) Shousetsu Ongaku reads it. (Oh. Well, arigatou for ruining my moment of high-and-mightiness.) You're welcome. Oh, by the way, I finished my first notebook today! It's a good thing I bought two more of them, or I'd be sunk! (Did you find a good stopping point?) I finished it at the end of a chapter. (Nice. Hey, why haven't I read it yet?!) I finished it in class. You weren't there. (Oh. Did Saranie see it?) Of course. (What did she think?) I think she said it was good. (Give it up for positive reactions.) Oh yeah. By the way, Shousetsu doesn't always give Saranie inspiration in her sleep. She helped write today's entry in Saranie Tae. (Hmph. Well, I'm a man of tradition, myself.) You're not a man. You're like, four months old. (In reality, hai. In imaginary time, I'm fully grown.) Okay, I'll give you that, but technically- (Hey, if you have such a problem with it, why did you imagine me to be this age?) So you can take care of yourself. And besides, little kids that speak perfect English and help people write novels are creepy. (True.) I don't have much to write, my life is boring again. (Garage sale, Indie rock...) Oh, right! Arigatou. I had a garage sale over the weekend. There was less money made than had been expected, but there was a pretty good turnout and I got rid of a lot of junk. I also found my copy of Jurassic Park, which I never finished reading. I'm very excited about that. (*Cough* nerd *cough*) Takusan? (*Innocent grin* Hai, Sasori?) Shut up, this is my blog. Anyway, I've been getting really into this whole Alt/Indie Rock thing. If you've been looking at my current music bar, you already know that. Among my current favorites are The Kings of Convenience, the Black Eyed Peas, My Chemical Romance, Rilo Kiley, Weezer, Audioslave, Louis XIV, Green Day, and The Killers. (That's a lot of favorites.) Have you heard them? (Just a few.) Then you wouldn't understand. How am I supposed to choose a favorite? Oh! I forgot to mention The Rasmus (British band, little known in the U.S.A.) and System of A Down. (Oh! System of A Down! They rock!) Aren't they awesome? (Oh yeah. Did you see the concert they did on Fuse?) How could I have missed it? That was too cool. (Yeah, especially when that guy threw his shoe on stage and- Um, I think we're scaring the readers.) Hai, you're right. Think we should go now? (That would probably be best.) Okay, we're outta here! See you next time at Sasori's Rock!

THINGS I DON'T UNDERSTAND

-People who curse publically and are offended when someone uses the word "moron".
-The fact that shows like "Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire" and "The Swan" are considered to be reality television.
-Anyone who says that they are not religious, but they are spiritual.
