Fair and (Mentally) Unbalanced
Many things to report today, folks, so I'll get started right away and cut the introduction. Amarini Kawaii, currently unemployed muse and leading contender for Miss Most Annoying Person In The Universe– She made that up just then. It's not a real contest. Shut up, Takusan. As I was saying, Amarini Kawaii has come to visit my muse Takusan Kangae and I. This is bad because I loathe her and good because I got Takusan to admit that Amarini is his girlfriend as a condition for allowing her to stay here. *mutters* Yeah, whatever... Another good thing is that, because Ama is here and Takusan is trying to make a good impression on her, I can let him out of the parentheses without fear of having him run like mad. Which is a darn good thing for me, because it must be 100° outside. It is pretty hot. Anyway, the fair is in town, so I took the muses downtown for a little fun. Um, maybe you should start from the beginning? Oh, right, right. Okay, at 9:00 a.m., Ama was still getting her "beauty sleep" in MY bedroom because she refused to sleep on the couch– and Takusan knows that this injustice will be corrected or we will have a serious problem– so I got up and went to the fundraiser-organized pancake breakfast downtown at the fair with Libby and my dad and brother. We came home later and watched the parade with some friends, at which point Takusan and Ama were awake. We saw the smallest cheerleader in history. She must've been two or three years old. Later, we went downtown to the fair again. They didn't have any rides this year, probably due to money issues, but they had craft stands and a dunk tank and a moonwalk and a petting zoo and– We get it. Right. Anyway, we went to the magic show with "Don Wand". It was probably the corniest and least magical thing I have ever seen, but the kids seemed to like it. Ama thought it was awesome. Well, you know what I meant. People of low intelligence levels. So anyway, after that, my brother and his friend ran around participating in fair activities and the muses and I wandered around. Ama bought a blue and green bracelet with real glass beads to support the Humane Society, and I bought a pair of orange ear rings. They're not real, but they look like topaz. Then we went to get food. I got some pizza and a Mountain Dew and Takusan got a hot dog. They didn't have any Coke products. Just my luck. Ama got a snow cone without flavoring because she's on some no-sugar diet or whatever nonsense. Then we came home, and...well, here we are. Like, hi everybody! Here I am! *giggle* Ama! There you are! Oh joy. Where have you been? I was, like, taking a shower. It is sooo hot out! I don't know how you people, like, survive out here! Don't you live in Beverly Hills? It has to be hot there. Yes, but I, like, have air conditioning. You people and your fans...how do you, like, keep from melting? Now now, Ama, let's not provoke the potentially dangerous artist, hmm? Excellent idea. Listen to your boyfriend. I'm not her– oh, never mind. *sigh* *giggle* Uh, right. So anyway, here's to hoping we all survive the next few weeks with Amarini Kawaii. We'll see you next time here at Sasori's Rock.
Aikou kara Sasori! Like, why wouldn't we survive? Don't ask, Ama...just don't ask.
