Interview: The Beginning

   Gashi soshike aisatsu, everyone. This is your friend Sasori Katana. Sumimasen (sorry) about not updating yesterday. I was on a car trip back from Indiana. It took much longer than expected, because I was an hour out of my way by the time I realized that if I was heading North, the sun was setting on the wrong side of the sky. Anyway, I have my good friend and inspirational being, Takusan Kangae, here with me today. Takusan is my muse, aka the figure who brings me ideas for the book I am writing in the night (Takusan: And sometimes in the middle of the freeway!) Shut up, this is my blog. (Takusan: Sumimasen.) Anyway, as promised, today I will be conducting an exclusive interview with my muse. (Takusan: That's me, right?) Yes, that's you. And you can come out of the parentheses now.

Takusan Kangae: Whew, it was getting pretty stuffy in there!

Sasori Katana: Well, that's what you get for interrupting me right before my exit came up. And we're going to have to abbreviate our names to save space, so from now on you're TAK and I'm SAS.

TAK: How's this?

SAS: Excellent. Okay, and the first question is...is...um...uh-oh.

TAK: What? What happened?

SAS: I forgot to write a script for the interview...

TAK: WHAT?! YOU FORGOT TO WRITE A SCRIPT?!

SAS: Hey, how am I supposed to write a script without inspiration, Mr. Smarty-pants? Who's fault is it NOW?

TAK: Uh...heh-heh...

   I'm terribly sorry about this, folks, but it appears as though SOMEONE was being a mite irresponsible today. (Takusan: Hey, like it's my fault your idea filing system is completely random?) What did I tell you, Mr. Kangae?(Takusan: Less talking, more musing. I got it. Yeesh...) Well, anyway, we'll be back tomorrow with another fascinating installment of my exclusive interview with Takusan Kangae, my lazy muse. (Takusan: Hey, I am not lazy! Muses can get uninspired sometimes too!) Great, now I need to get a muse for my muse...this is going to be a long day...
