Robin's Salmon Rub
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 springs of rosemary
- Combine all except the rosemary, applied to both sides of salmon 30 minutes before cooking. Cook on medium pan in 50/50 mix of butter and olive oil with rosemary for 5 minutes on each side or until measured to nearly 145F internally. Let sit for 10 minutes before servings.

Homemade Hot Chocolate
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 cups water
- 1.5 cups cocoa
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- Mixed on stovetop until hot (but not boiling).
