This study examines the impact of Dana Desa on village relations and financial ability. The relation is determined by village independence, whereas the financial ability to know village capability in their need. The method is descriptive using tables and graphs. Object analysis is APBdes from 2016 to 2018. Samples are Jembrana, Tabanan, Gianyar and Klungkung regency. Based on the result, all villages in Jembrana, Tabanan, Gianyar, and Klungkung have a ratio of fewer than 25 points so in the instructive category. Growth and Share analysis get 1 village in quadrant I, 3 villages in quadrant II, 5 villages in quadrant III and 282 villages in quadrant IV. The use of a spray-dryer is very popular in the drying process in the food and beverage industry. However, due to the properties of the sensitive product that the quality will degrade in drying at high temperature, the innovative design of spray-dryer is developed which can increase the heat transfer rate at moderate temperature. This research was conducted to develop a spray-dryer design to improve thermal-hydraulic performance, with a high transfer rate and low-pressure drop at such a temperature. The design varies by several inlets categorized as design A with one inlet, design B with two inlets, and design C with three inlets. This simulation uses ANSYS FLUENT17, and the independence of the mesh was evaluated to improve the result of the simulation. In this paper, we study the performance of optical code-division multiple access (OCDMA) systems using Random Diagonal (RD) code under various link parameters. This code which can be constructed using address segment and data segment. One of the important properties of this code is that the cross correlation at data level is always zero, which means that Phase Intensity Induced Noise (PIIN) is reduced. The impact of the fiber dispersion effects on the MAI is reported using a commercial optical systems simulator, OptSim. The RD code is compared mathematically with other codes which use similar techniques. We analyzed and optimized the data rate, fiber length, and channel spacing in order to reduce the BER without the need to deploy dispersion compensating devices. The performance and optimization of RD code in OCDMA system is reported. We have demonstrated that, for a high data rate (higher than 2.5 Gb/s), even if dispersion compensated devices are not deployed, the BER can be significantly improved when the RD code desired parameters are selected. We have shown that when compensation dispersion devices are not deployed in the system, there is a trade off between the limited dispersion effects and the MAI.
