This is when Twitter stop unauthenticated calls to their API, and block the old

This plugin won’t support the new Twitter Widget.

Instalare
Recommend you use the built in plugin uploader which comes with WordPress, but if you prefer the manual way
- Upload
un-official-twitter-widget.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
