Instalare

Download the plugin.
Install it to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin in your WordPress Admin UI.
Drag the widget to sidebar menu
Write Server Name in widget.
Write IP address and Port. eg. 213.239.207.85:27960
