Found out I got Runner Up for my totally off-the-cuff fic, "Room Service" at the Cradle of Humanity Awards!




*pets the pretty*  Thank you to whomever nominated it and voted for it - I totally didn't expect anything!  CONGRATS to those on my F-list who won as well (there were a lot of you! *huggle smoochers*).

Just got an email saying Old Friend Long Gone and Hunter's Bane was Nominated at the Spuffy Awards!  HOLY UNEXPECTED DELIGHT, BATMAN!  THANK YOU to whomever did this - I'm thrilled!  *see bouncing icon?  That's me - all of them!*  And CONGRATS again to all those that were nom'd - you totally deserve it!

And the biggest, uber-freakin', awesomest (yes, to me that's a word) news yet -  kudagirl  and  edenskye  extended an invitation to me to join them in Atlanta for Dragon*Con this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Not only will James be there (woo hoo!), so will Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy)!!!!!  My world is complete.  I just got my ticket confirmation yesterday and will buy my plane ticket this week.  DAMN!  Two hotties and a span of 4 days of uber geekiness.  I'll get to meet these two wonderful Fire signs and we'll paint the town red.  So if you hear that Atlanta was torched or some other such nonsense, would someone come bail us out?
