Ben is a 14+ year digital veteran and a former Googler. Throughout his career he’s worked at Yahoo!, RKG Ad Agency (Currently Merkle), and Google. What excites Ben is seeing first hand how our marketing strategies can drive business growth for our clients.
When not online, Ben loves the outdoors whether it’s running, skiing, or building a DIY project for the house. You’ll typically find him outside when not working with the team at Rise.
Vice President of Client Services
Jess is the Vice President of Client Services at Rise Marketing Group. Before joining the company, she spent 10 years supporting marketing and fundraising efforts for the Boston-based nonprofit Silkroad, founded by renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma and home to the Grammy award-winning Silkroad Ensemble.
Jess loves developing and implementing engaging digital marketing strategies that are tailored to the needs of each client. She is proud to be part of a team of marketers that are creative, driven, and insightful. When not online, Jess spends her time being present with her wonderfully supportive husband, three little independent humans, and one anxious beagle.
Director of E-Commerce
Cecilia is the director of e-commerce for Rise Marketing Group. She is a Google Ads certified digital advertiser with 10+ years of experience in Communication Strategy and Media Planning. Media-savvy, she is focused on generating growth in a sustainable way. As a data-nerd she loves turning data into actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes through more effective decision making.
When not online, Cecilia likes hiking, reading, and going to the gym. Also, she is a coffee snob.
Director of Lead Generation
Ashley Warner is the director of lead generation for Rise Marketing Group. She has been with the company for two years and brings with her 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing ranging from SMB to large franchise to enterprise class customers. Her work experience includes being part of the evolution of a NYC tech startup to a full fledged advertising agency (Yodle, Web.com). She loves working one on one with her clients and prides herself on her ability to both grow their business and build lasting relationships.
Her personal time is spent with her family at the beach, on the water, or doing something active together. Favorite podcast is currently Brene Brown ‘Unlocking Us’.
Account Manager
Prior to joining the Rise team as an Account Manager, Rob worked in sales and management positions in the construction industry. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business with concentrations in marketing and management from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont where he also volunteered as an EMT on Saint Michael’s Fire & Rescue, an independent student-run first responder service.
When not online, as a Boston native now living in rural Vermont, Rob likes to spend his free time playing ice hockey, practicing boxing, and exploring Vermont’s ski slopes and hiking trails.
Account Manager
Gala Haupt is an Account Manager for Rise Marketing Group. Throughout her career, Gala has worked with businesses of all sizes, allowing her to develop expertise in many facets of digital marketing. Her experience consists of developing marketing strategies, including content creation as well as media planning for lead generation and e-commerce objectives. Gala prides herself on combining creativity with data-driven insights to deliver effective, results-oriented solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
When not online, Gala loves spending time with her 5-year-old daughter, making home tweaks, and practicing her favorite sports – CrossFit, pole fitness, and yoga.
Full Stack Developer
Mac is a full stack developer at Rise Marketing Group. Blending skill and passion, Mac brings both technical expertise and creativity to the team. With a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont, Mac enjoys leveraging his analytical mindset and collaborative spirit to craft innovative web solutions that elevate our clients’ digital presence.
When not online, Mac enjoys staying active by hitting the gym and participating in recreational soccer and softball leagues. When it’s time to unwind, he can often be found diving into one of his favorite video games or exploring new challenges.
SEO Lead
Jill Lehmann is a Copywriter/SEO Specialist for Rise Marketing Group. She graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor’s in Communications Media. Since then, she has been working as a content writer and joined the Rise team in September 2020.
When not online, she likes learning new languages, writing stories, and doing all things outdoors, including hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing.
Web Developer
Adam graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Web Development and Graphic Information Technology. He acts as the in-house web developer for Rise, connecting clients to marketing software, and offering technical help. He has a background in Liberal Arts, music, film, and extensive experience as a manager in customer service.
When not online, he loves going to the gym, going for a run, spending time organizing or playing on his computer, and he loves movies and art. He is an eternal optimist, an ambivert, a lover of life, and sees himself as being equally left & right-brained.
Graphic Designer
Regan Reynolds is a Graphic Designer for Rise. She graduated August 2021 with her BA in Graphic Design from California State University, San Bernardino. She is passionate about design, branding, and visual communication. Regan has previously worked in Graphic Design as a student worker and freelancer.
When not online, Regan enjoys playing games, visiting family and friends, and spending time with her cat.
Copywriter
Waylon is a copywriter for Rise Marketing Group. He was a Journalism major before graduating from UMass with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. As a Copywriter, he enjoys helping brands find their voice to help them better connect with their customers.
When not online, he can be found exploring the back roads of New England on his motorcycle or walking through the woods with his dog.
