Everything You Need to Know About RevUp
Is RevUp compliant with all mortgage and real estate regulations?
Yes, RevUp uses a proprietary and custom designed software designed to document our member’s activities so we remain compliant with RESPA and HUD.
Does the RevUp program require any financial investment from me?
No, RevUp cost you nothing and all cost associated with your RevUp membership are absorbed by us.
How much of my time will RevUp take up?
We designed a specialized workflow that limits your time on each transaction to just 20 minutes or less. There is a one-time upfront investment of some time required to complete our training and testing program.
What mortgage programs can RevUp members offer their clients?
RevUp’s parent company Homesite Mortgage, LLC (NMLS# 123456) is a nationally approved FHA, VA and USDA lender. We also offer all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs. Plus, we offer a zero down FHA program, a portfolio Bridge Loan, and various DPA programs.
What types of revenue opportunities does RevUp offer?
RevUp offers BOTH transactional revenue and passive reveue from you downline of sponsored members.
How "deep" can my downline of sponsored members be?
There is no limit to how many sponsored members you can have in your downline and your monthly override from your downline is also UNLIMITED!
Are you a mortgage lender or a mortgage broker?
We are a mortgage lender. we underwrite and fund our own loans and close them in our name. Brokers cannot underwrite, fund or close loans in their names.
What states does Homesite Mortgage operate in?
We currently operate in four states. Michigan, Florida, Illinois and Missouri. We are expanding into other states and we plan to offer our services nationally by the end of 2026.
Does it cost anything to join of RevUp and start earning mortgage revenue?
Joining RevUp costs you absolutely nothing! In fact, we pay about $2000 for every new member’s training, licensing and marketing costs as our investment in your future.
