Sam is a dedicated mental health advocate and has been on a journey to raise awareness and create solutions and change. Sam is also the creator and founder of the “Take a Pause” initiative a social emotional learning program which employs wellbeing tactics like mindfulness and meditation to help students recognize and understand their emotions. His “Take a Pause” initiative has been rolled out in tandem with RestVest in four countries.
