Resource Boy publishes certain third-party materials, including fonts, that are created by independent designers or external rights holders. These materials are made available based on the licensing terms and usage conditions publicly stated by the original creators or copyright owners.

Where applicable, we clearly display:

File Hosting Disclaimer

To improve accessibility and user experience, some files may be hosted directly on Resource Boy’s servers. Such hosting is provided solely for convenience and does not imply ownership, authorship, or redistribution rights beyond those explicitly granted by the original license holder.

Hosting a file on Resource Boy does not modify, replace, or override the original licensing terms.

Designer Rights & Content Removal Requests

If you are the original designer, copyright owner, or an authorized representative and believe that:

  • Your work should not be hosted on Resource Boy
  • The licensing or attribution information is inaccurate
  • The manner of presentation or distribution does not align with your intent

If you are the original designer, copyright owner, or an authorized representative, you may submit a request for removal or correction at any time. We encourage direct and professional communication and do not require formal legal action to initiate a review.

How to Submit a DMCA or Removal Request

To ensure accurate and timely processing, please submit the following information through our contact page:

  • Your full name and role (designer, copyright owner, foundry, or legal representative)
  • Verifiable proof of ownership or authorization (such as an official website or reference source)
  • The direct URL of the relevant content on Resource Boy
  • A brief explanation of the concern
  • Your preferred action (file removal, information correction, or attribution update)
  • A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith

Requests that are incomplete or unverifiable may not be reviewed.

Review Process

  • All valid requests are reviewed within 48–72 business hours
  • If a claim is confirmed, Resource Boy may:
    • Remove the hosted file, or
    • Update licensing or attribution details as appropriate
  • Resource Boy reserves the right to reject requests that are incomplete, unsubstantiated, or submitted in bad faith

Good Faith & Misrepresentation

By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the rightful copyright holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in refusal of future requests.
