1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Repostra (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repostra is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users create blog posts and repurpose them into multiple social media formats. The Service is provided by AWcode Co Ltd.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day trial for $1. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Service Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AWcode Co Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWCODE CO LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWcode Co Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
