Addresses and changes
Please check the delivery address when placing your order. Changes possible within 1 hour after ordering, only by phone.
Tracking and delivery
We will send you the tracking information as soon as the parcel is on its way. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Choose an address where someone is always available, such as an office or a trusted shop.
In the event of a damaged parcel or partial delivery, please notify the courier immediately and contact us with photos of the damage. We will provide a refund for any inconvenience.
