Enoch S Charles
In 2002, Enoch started his professional career with the Indian Information Technology (IT) industry after completing his four-year Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (formerly, Regional Engineering College). He worked as a full-time IT professional for 6 years (2002-2008) based in Bangalore, India (including a cumulative experience of 7 months in Australia), providing technology solutions to meet business needs within the Retail Banking and Workers Compensation Insurance domains.
In 2008, clearly sensing a call for Christian service and theological higher education, Enoch was providentially enrolled into Master of Divinity in Practical Theology at Regent University School of Divinity (RUSD), Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating in 2011, he taught in Southern Asia Bible College (SABC) of the Assemblies of God and assisted in pastoral ministry for two years in Bangalore, India, while earning credentials as Licentiate Minister. In the fall of 2013, Enoch started his Ph.D. in Theological studies (Christian Theology) at RUSD.
During his doctoral program, he served as Graduate Assistant—helping RUSD faculty in teaching, research, scholarly publication, and organizing annual academic conferences. Enoch completed his Ph.D. in August 2018. Also since 2015, Enoch has served as adjunct faculty at Tidewater Bible College, Bethel College, Regent University, Pentecost Bible College, SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary, and Ashland University, designing curriculum and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels in online, as well as on-campus formats while familiarizing with a number of educational technology applications and tools.
Enoch currently serves as Instructional Technologist and Director of Program Innovation at SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary in El Dorado Hills, CA. Having invested the first decade of his educational and professional life in Information Technology and the next decade and a half in graduate education, higher education administration, educational technology, research, curriculum design, and teaching, Enoch seeks to design and deliver purposive, innovative, and effective solutions consistently in the field of global education that benefit many. He is currently ordained as a deacon with the Missio Mosaic ministry network.

ethics makes a persuasive and meaningful case for divine moral assistance as providence and grace against a naturalistic context, through James K.A. Smith’s Pentecostal participatory ontology that provides a robust framework for articulating any kind of divine action in the modern scientific world, divine assistance for human moral life, using the work of Amos Yong and Frank Macchia, is construed as non-interventionistic, miraculous, human moral transformation caused by the Spirit of God through freewilled, creaturely participation in God via faith, in step with the nature and ‘laws’ of God’s coming kingdom.
