And now is that time.
On to the RP!
Outside of XP, my games are pretty much dead. By inclination, by suck, by a slow death strangled by lassitude and inactivity, you name it.
So I stick with XP.
Logan's in a fairly interesting place. He trains Cammie, he works with Gar and Lil and the Snow Valley crew, he keeps busy that way. If he's not training, he does his own workouts, stay on top of the X-Men paperwork (his handwriting, BTW, is quite elegant. In any language.) and mission reports.
When he feels the need, when the stink of civilization gets too much, he'll either go for a run in the woods or he'll hop on the bike and just _go_. Never wears pads or protective gear, because as we all know "It'll grow back. Pass him a beer." This probably makes him popular with the NYS(tate)PD and the NYPD. Need to decide on Logan's legal status.
Outstanding I've got the poker game, plus I need to do stuff for Brittle Diamond and the W-X/AF plot. I also have an alt-app about 90% written (the last 10% - the powers - are gonna be tricky given what this guy can do. Also need to make an Executive Decision on one aspect. Also need Jai's help to bone up on the basics of inorganic chem and structural chemistry, as that's what this guy _does_. I want just enough real to spin fantasy on coherently.).
Stuff I'd like to do / do more of:
Logan and Garrison. Keep that friendship alive!
Logan and North. Establish now and via flashback if necessary what W-X was like, both back then and with the survivors now. Bonus points if they go Maverick and Wolverine and do something cool with guns. Lots of guns. Face-shield would also be a deep bonus.
Any art-types / Photoshop freaks feel like doing me some Team-X era Wolverine and Maverick? That would be Ultimate Hawtness. And no, not like The Ultimates, steaming pile of garbage that it was.
Would _LOVE_ Logan/Betsy, but between Jazz's schedule and mine we may synch before the Mayan calendar rolls over and I goblinize into a Troll.
Logan/Sarah is, by the looks of things, a very dead soldier. Woe. Should poke Sarah's player one more time to be sure.
Logan and Callisto would be fun, just because they're so much alike in a lot of ways. I can't help but feel they'd have a fun vibe. Or it could go like Logan and Copycat where he just kind-of went "Bwuh?" a lot at her eccentricities.
Logan and Lil as friends is a great vibe. Especially with the extra sauce that is her deep crush / being in lust with him and the whole Alpha thing and all the other stuff. She's the closest thing he has right now to a good female friend. He's friendly with Rogue, but she was the first Logan Girl and so it's different. She's moved up and on, got a grip, is leading her life. She doesn't need him much anymore, and he's cool with that. Proud of her, even.
Logan and Marie tends to fall prey to Scheduling of Death. Avital's a busy little soldier-bumblebee and I sleep all day and work all night.
I would also like to start making slow progress on Logan's memory issues. Might need to solicit the assistance of a telepath - come to think of it, I have a good vector for getting this done. Oh Coraaaaaaa ... remember that Wolverine vs Phoenix DR run we were contemplating? I may want to complicate things for ya.
Things I Have Fucked Up:
Logan and Adrienne. It went totally screwball on me, probably entirely my fault, and I need to send a mea-culpa and see if we can redo with less suck on my part. A little antagonism is fine but FFS Logan you don't have to dislike every woman you come across! Best to probably scrap and redo from start.
Logan and Sam went really oddly as well, mostly because I really didn't have a good grip on what Sam's player wanted out of it. I did my best, and now that what he wanted is out there a different way - it still doesn't make much sense. Ah well. He got what he wanted and now he gets to do what he wants with it. Go him.
So. Anyone want anything out of my Logan? I'll try my damndest to accomodate you.
