Helping young people to transition to healthy and fulfilling adult lives.

Young Adulthood Program

Our Young Adulthood Program supports individuals ages 18–26 by providing guidance, cultural connection, and life skills to help build independence, stability, and overall wellness for life-long success.

About Us

We are committed to supporting young adults through a holistic, culturally grounded approach. Our work is guided by respect, relationships, community and traditional teachings, ensuring that each young adult feels valued and supported throughout their adult journey.

Who We Are

We are a dedicated Young Adulthood Services team committed to walking alongside young adults as they transition successfully into adulthood.

Our approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded, recognizing each young person as the expert of their own journey.

We honour the teachings, values, and traditions of our Nation by ensuring that culture, identity, and connection remain at the center of all services. Through the Circle of Care, we work in partnership with family, kin, Elders, community and service providers to provide meaningful, respectful and coordinated support.

Our role is to:

  • Walk alongside, not lead ahead
  • Empower rather than direct
  • Honour culture as a foundation for healing and growth
  • Support lifelong connections beyond the program

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that every young adult feels:

  • Safe
  • Supported
  • Connected
  • Empowered

As they move toward independence, self-advocacy, lifelong wellness and success.
