Rajant hascertified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Privacy Principles. If thereis any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shields Principles, the PrivacyShield Principles shall govern.

SCOPE
This Policy applies to all personal information received by Rajant in the United States from the EuropeanUnion, in any format including electronic, paper or verbal.
DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:
“Partner” means any authorized Rajant Kinetic Mesh Distributor, or authorized Rajant Kinetic MeshPartner that collects or uses personal information under the instructions of, and solely for, Rajant or to which Rajant discloses personal information for use on their behalf.
“Personal information” means any information or set of information that identifies or is used by or on behalf of Rajant to identify an individual. Personal information does not include information that
is encoded or anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public personal information.
“Sensitive Information” means information collected on our support portal that may include informationthat captures relevant company network data, user login information, or data packets to identify potential issues with our product.
PRIVACY PRINCIPLES
The privacy principles in this Policy are based on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles.
NOTICE: Where Rajant collects personal information directly from individuals in the European Union, it will inform them about the type of personal information collected, the purposes for which it collects
and uses the personal information, and the types of non-partner third parties to which Rajant disclosesor may disclose that information, and the choices and means, if any, Rajant offers individuals for limitingthe use and disclosure of their personal information. Notice will be provided in clear and conspicuouslanguage when individuals are first asked to provide personal information to Rajant, or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before Rajant uses or discloses the information for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.
Where Rajant receives personal information from their Partners or other entities in the EU, it will use and disclose such information in accordance with the notices provided by such entities and the choices made by the individuals to whom such personal information relates.
CHOICE
Prior to sharing any information with non-partner third parties, or sharing information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized for use, Rajant will offer individuals clear, conspicuous, and readily available mechanisms to choose to (opt-out) of having their personal information (a) to be disclosed to a Partner, or (b) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.
DATA INTEGRITY
Rajant Corporation will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Rajant will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING
Rajant Corporation collects Personal Information by means of this website, the Partner Portal, the Support Portal, trade shows, customer inquiries, as well as our Partners and is the sole owner of the information collected. Rajant may have access to/collect mesh data that is voluntarily given.
Examples of collected mesh data include:
- Network configuration
- Performance Statistics
- User data in the form of packet captures
- Network design information
Rajant will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Rajant reserves the right to convey this informationin the event of a change in ownership of Rajant Corporation. In the context of an onward transfer, RajantCorporation has responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the PrivacyShield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Rajant shall remainliable under the Principles if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless the Rajant proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
This information will be used to respond to business inquiries, support issues, or any other reason for the contact. This information may be shared with our Partners as necessary to fulfill your request.
ACCESS AND CORRECTION
Individuals can ask to review and correct Personal Information that we maintain about them by ccessing our Support Portal with a previously acquired, authorized login, or sending a written request to the contact listed below. Upon request, Rajant Corporation will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information that it holds about them. In addition, Rajant will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.
