How to Brayherd

So I am a bit excited by all of the discussion, hype, and propaganda that a new edition of one of my favourite wargames brings. A new version of Warhammer was recently released, and I've been curious what this has meant for my armies. One of them is a Beastman army, which is, at best, a semi-forgotten faction in a sea of new and extensively promoted factions. But I **think** there is something in the list that can make it useable, so I thought that I would look into it with the obsessed singlemindedness of a cash poor part-time wargaming fanatic and see what I could come up with.

Epic Armageddon 30k Quartermaster Files

One of the unfortunate requirements of my job is to spend lots of time sitting in airplane seats. Over time I've been able to write some Quartermaster files for some of the 30k Epic Armageddon army lists that are on the Epic Au site (here).

Legio Mortis Reinforcements

So after about a decade in storage I cracked open my old Space Marine box. It felt like Christmas had come early! Inside I found all sorts of metal and plastic treasures, including a little box of chaos titan bits; and look what was in there!

My Epic Death Guard Strategy - For 30k and 40k

In my continuing quest to have Epic armies for all my 28mm armies I am currently having a good hard look at what I want to achieve for my Epic Death Guard. I have quite a few old epic models in storage, and also have some newer ones that I have been lucky enough to come across, so thought it was a good time to work out what I wanted to achieve for this collection.

I tried to think about what makes a Death Guard army "Death Guardy". Once I would have simply said "Lots of blokes with bolters and nothing fast or long ranged" but that has been superseded by the more recent, more detailed (and far less lame) Forge World Heresy works.

a list by any other name is still as sweet

I have been mucking around with Death Guard 6th edition lists a little bit lately, and just thought I would post one here.

This is a fairly no-nonsense list designed to take and hold the centre of the board, hopefully claiming nearby objectives as they come available.
