Refunds and Cancellations

Rad Web Hosting reserves the right to cancel any account at any time with or without notice.

Misuse or Service Abuse may result in the suspension or termination of your services. No refunds will be issued for services which are Suspended or Terminated. (SEE: Acceptable Use Policy)

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting packages with the following conditions:

1. Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
2. There are no refunds on dedicated servers, software licensing, 3rd-party services ordered from our website, administrative fees, managed support, labor or installation fees for custom software, domain name registrations/transfers/renewals, SSL Certificates, or professional services.
3. A written request must be submitted to the Accounting Department within 31 days of cancellation.
4. Approved refunds are sent within 31 days of receiving the refund request.
5. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.
6. No refunds will be granted to any products canceled outside of the 30 day service period.
7. In the event that refunds are issued for services paid by PayPal or Credit Cards, the refund will be issued as back to the original payment source/account used at purchase. Refunds will be issued in the amount received by us after gateway fees are deducted from the payment (Net Funds Received).
8. In the event that refunds are issued for services paid by Account Balance, the refund will be issued as Account Balance and will be added to the client's existing credit balance. Account Balance credit will be automatically applied against future invoices. Transactions for adding Account Credit are non-refundable.
9. In the event that refunds are issued for services paid in cryptocurrencies, the refund will be issued as account credit, less any gateway fees paid by Rad Web Hosting on initial transaction. Refund amount is added to the client's existing credit balance and will be automatically applied against future invoices.
10. The currency of accounting for Rad Web Hosting is USD. All refunds will be based on the realtime USD converted values of foreign currencies and cryptocurrencies.

Requirements for Eligibility

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually Payment plans are only refundable on or before the 30th day of service. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually Payment plans are NOT refundable after the 30th day of service. When paying through any gateway, refunds will only contain the amount received to us after gateway fees are deducted from the payment.

Additional Information

Violations of the Terms of Service, including (but not limited to) violations of Acceptable Use Policy, Anti-Spam Policy or Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy will waive/void the refund policy.
