Chirp is a free Tumblr theme inspired by Twitter's UI, complete with color schemes, custom links and fonts, changeable icons, and more.

Colors: Choose between Twitter's three color schemes and four new color schemes
Post sizes: 400px, 450px, 500px, 540px, 600px, 650px, 700px
Sidebar: Optional "Who to follow" section loads blog info from a list of blogs you provide, and optional "Trending tags" section loads tag info and links from a list of tags you provide. Additional optional sidebar section that can be filled with images and text (helpful for "before you follow" or "updates")
Fonts: Twitter's Chirp, Tumblr's Favorit, and 33 other fonts, sizes 14px to 18px
Links: Unlimited custom links (visit the help desk FAQ for tutorial) and ability to rename home, ask, and submit, links
Optional endless scroll, custom ask box text, Tumblr's full-width controls and search bar, optional verified badge
