I setup a folder for my libraries. I ran the "Options" and listed my include folder and my library folder. However, when I link a program that references object modules in a particular library, the linker wants the library to be in the same folder as my program source code. What am I missing?

I have checked the documentation and I don't think you're missing something as the software is instructed to run this way. There a few errors pointed by users who installed this application, but there isn't anything specified about the file access. I recommend placing the files as it requires or close the software and Run it as Administrator, because this could be a file access restriction, especially when you're working with items on the system partition.

Answer by Leonard Moore

No, you can't change the font in Quincy 2005. However, by accessing the Tools > Options > Editor feature, you can increase the font size, make it bold or increase the spacing. This seems to be the only changes that can be made to the fonts of this program.
