movies:
Mongol is kind of boring and silly honestly, but you get to see Tadanobu Asano and a kid in stocks. Genghis Kahn is Mongolian Houdini apparently.
Wall-e was a terrifying movie. I smirked at the obvious Mac vs. PC theme.
I saw it at the huge shiny new mall downtown and it's funny how completely the movie killed my urge to spend.


I bought a little something at Lupicia before the movie, and got 5 free tea samples (it's almost more tea than I actually paid for). One of the samples was of Momo Oolong Super Grade, which is really impressive, almost worth full price. The oolong is very strong, and sort of jasmine-scented. It has a elegant white peach taste that doesn't overpower the tea. White peaches are one of my favorite fruits, which probably helps. *****

I woke up at 4AM last night because someone set off a horrifying chain of firework explosions. I suppose they were roman candles because they lit up the sky for even more night terror. I HOPE YOU HAD A HAPPY 5th, JERKS
