North Shore Community Association

The North Shore Community Association (NSCA), established in 2000, is a non-profit regional organization dedicated to serving, representing, and instilling pride in the English-speaking community of Quebec’s North Shore. The NSCA, a community group that is working towards representing the interests of the English-speaking people from Tadoussac to Havre-St.Pierre including Fermont and Schefferville.

Programs & Initiatives

At NSCA, we take pride in serving the English-speaking population in the North Shore with top-notch services and programs. We are always exploring the needs of our communities through research, and then we create tailored programs to meet those needs. We’re excited to continue working with you to enhance the well-being of our communities!

The “In Search of Yesterday” heritage exhibit, an intergenerational community initiative, marked the 75th anniversary of Baie-Comeau and commemorates the heritage and culture of the town’s English-speaking community.
