All measurements are approximate.  The chili will be as hot as the peppers added (jalepeno, habenero, etc.).  Omit hot peppers and tone down the spices if less pain is desired.  Put everything in a large crock pot on high for at least 3 hours.  This isn't rocket science, it's chili.  Serves around 12.<br \/><br \/>Serve with sour cream if desired.
