Yes, the Sacred Beast cards, "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", and "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms", are allowed to be used in tournaments. The Egyptian God cards, on the other hand, cannot be used. Look at the official Advance Format list to see what other cards are banned or limited in tournaments.

Are old Yu-Gi-Oh cards legal in tournaments?
Old sets do not 'cycle out' of tournament legality, the only cards that are banned or limited are those on the official banlists. You can still use a card from something as old as the original Yugi starter deck, just as long as it's not on the banlist.
Are god cards tournament legal?
No. God Cards are not legal game cards, so cannot be used in tournaments.There are a few legal god cards like ra and obelisk but not slifer not yet
