I would wish to be able to give each window a seperate background color and/or being able to allocate a picture as background for each window.

If you are like me and have four partitions on the HDD and scatter files everywhere, then this program is for you. You have four panels open each time and can have any combination of partitions or CD readers.
Fantastic for re-organising your files and directories. Simple to use and supports drag and drop. AND IS FREE.
