Considering the importance of the environment and taking a step forward to the topic of sustainable development of the vehicle industry. We decided to do write a thesis on sustainable textile composite material in future electric vehicles. We are trying to use natural cultivated fibers as the main materials in our composition which shows better strength and mechanical property. Considering the great future of electric vehicles, we designed a hood of electric JEEP. The obtained part showed good bending and stress resistance in FEM simulation. We aim to reach the highest possible natural content in part and to reduce carbon footprint.
