This study looks into educators’ self-perceptions about their capacity of doing education researc... more This study looks into educators’ self-perceptions about their capacity of doing education research. It contains a list of statements describing specific skills in research. Data were coded, presented in tables, analyzed, and interpreted. Descriptive statistics were use such as frequency and percentage distribution and weighted mean. This study further helps all concerns in understanding respondents’ current capacity to do research, and serves as an important input to the design and execution of capacity building activities in this area as indicated in the recommendations. The study found out that when the scores are gauged in the four scale model indicated as A,B,C&D, majority of the distributions fall under B, however, remarkable scores fall under C&D. This study was gauged on the following scale:

The planning process differs in scopes, conditions, and purpose. An individual may plan for the realization of his/her desire and ambition whether for self or for others. Parents’ plan for the family may come with a balance between his/her personal growth and development and for the well-being of the family members. Moreover, a particular organization or institution plans based on its clear vision, mission, and goals. The organizational and institutional plan is not really about realizing personal goal but for the organizations’ desire for the good of others and communities to a larger scope. All of these planning efforts undertaken whether from an individual, families, organizations or institutions redound to the total development of the economy as a whole.

This paper titled Best Practices of Local Government Units (LGUs) in Metro Manila in the Time of ... more This paper titled Best Practices of Local Government Units (LGUs) in Metro Manila in the Time of COVID-19 Pandemic aims to identify and present the best practices of the said local government units in combating the COVID-19 pandemic. Upon thorough identification and presentation of these best practices, the proponent will be in his best position to relate them with the actual and observable scenarios at the community level. As a result of careful analysis between practices and the actual situations, conclusive statements and recommendations for continuous improvement shall be provided.
