Law n. 13.467, dated July 13, 2017, when establishing a labor reform without
the necessary and previous tax reform, transfers the burden to employees and enables the use
of temporary work and outsourcing on a large scale, in violation of the constitutional principle
of social solidarity and to the primacy of the economic order of harmonization of free initiative
and labor.

Resumo: As fake news têm desempenhado um papel de destaque nos últimos anos, assumindo ainda mais relevância quando envolvem saúde pública, uma vez que podem gerar danos irreparáveis à sociedade. A velocidade de propagação das informações na internet é enorme e o processo para remover conteúdo ilegal envolvendo notícias falsas sobre saúde pública não é razoável e eficaz. O Marco Civil da Internet (Lei 12.965/14), que regula o uso da internet no Brasil, mostrou-se ineficaz no combate a essas práticas ilegais.
Abstract: Fake news has played a prominent role in recent years, having assumed even more relevance when they involve public health, since they can generate irreparable damage to society. The speed of information propagation on the internet is enormous, and the procedures to remove illegal content involving fake news about public health is unreasonable and ineffective. The Brazilian Internet Law (Federal Law N. 12.965/14), which regulates the use of the Internet in Brazil, has proved ineffective in curbing these illegal practices.
