You can change the permissions on PublishPress Planner using the PublishPress Capabilities plugin.
After installing the plugin, go to the “Capabilities” link in your WordPress admin menu.
There are key permissions you can change:
- pp_view_calendar: This allows users to view the Content Calendar screen.
- pp_view_content_overview: This allows users to view the Content Overview screen.
- pp_view_content_board: This allows users to view the Content Board screen.
- pp_view_editorial_metadata: This allows users to view metadata when they are editing a post.
- pp_delete_editorial_comment: This allows users to delete their own editorial comments.
- pp_delete_others_editorial_comment: This allows users to delete other people's editorial comments.
- pp_edit_editorial_comment: This allows users to edit their own editorial comments.
- pp_edit_others_editorial_comment: This allows users to edit other people's editorial comments.
- edit_post_subscriptions: This allows users to edit the notifications.
- pp_edit_editorial_metadata: This allows users to change metadata when they are editing a post.
- pp_manage_roles: This allows users to view the “Roles” screen and create new roles.
- pp_set_notification_channel: This allows users to choose their own notification channel (email or Slack).
