How to Cancel Your Subscription

We do use recurring annual subscriptions here at PublishPress.

If you want to cancel your subscription, this guide will show you how to cancel.

How to Cancel a PublishPress Subscription #

  • Log in to your PublishPress account.
  • Go to the “Account” page.
  • Go to “Subscriptions” tab.
  • Click the “Cancel” button for your subscription.
  • After you have canceled, the “Status” will change to “Canceled”. You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Notes About Cancellation #

  • Your subscription will continue to be active until the final end date of your subscription.
  • A cancellation is different from a refund. Canceling your subscription will not provide a refund. Click here for details on refunds.
  • After your subscription expires, you will lose access to our support team, plus plugin updates. These updates contain security and bug fixes, as well as new features.
