I am teaching a PhD seminar course on public sector OR this semester (Spring 2016) with a group of bright eyed, bushy tailed PhD students in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My students will publicly reflect on public sector OR during the semester as a way to learn more about the material.
