the fears are paper tigers

This community is to keep information and other related works for my original story, Paper Tigers. This community is closed, meaning only I can post new entries, but everyone is welcome to give (constructive) feedback, or browse to see what I have.

Paper Tigers is set in a parallel universe; certain events that have happened in our universe never occurred. On the same note, some events that did not happen in our universe did in the universe of Paper Tigers. The story takes place in the 24th century, seven years after the end of a near-apocalyptic war. As such, firearms of any kind had been completely banned from use, as was certain technologies like computers.



Paper Tigers has four main characters and their love interests. Most countries, especially European ones, follow a neo-victorian societal attitude; certain morals, lifestyles and fashions are followed, with a modern twist. Organized religion, and some technologies (those deemed "influential to violence") have been outlawed entirely, in the hopes of preventing future wars.

This story is purely for entertainment purposes. I have no intention of publishing this in the future.
