
Abdullah Addas
Abdullah Addas is a distinguished expert in the field of Landscape Architecture with a career that spans over two decades. He currently holds the position of Professor at the Department of Landscape Architecture, King Abdulaziz University. Prof. Addas earned his PhD in Landscape Architecture from the University of Sheffield in 2015, followed by a Master’s in Landscape studies from the same institution in 2010. His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from King Abdulaziz University in 2006.
Prof. Addas has held a number of influential roles in academia and higher education administration. He has served as the Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Research at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University and as the Assistant Secretary-General for Higher Education at the Council of University Affairs, where he oversaw policies and strategies aimed at improving the Saudi higher education sector.
In addition to his academic achievements, Prof. Addas is an active Shura Council Member and has been involved in multiple national initiatives related to higher education reform, institutional excellence, and academic performance enhancement.
