The Self-Design concentration of Tarleton State University\u2019s Master of Science (M.S.) in Management degree offers an entirely customizable curriculum in business management. Students within the Self-Design concentration are able to accelerate their leadership potential and project management skillset, setting them up for success as entrepreneurs, small business owners, and those seeking a wide variety of career-path options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Self-Design concentration expands your knowledge across many content areas, increasing your professional aptitude in modern, in-demand business methodologies. Since the curriculum is varied, students in this program come from many academic and professional backgrounds, including fields outside of the business world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taken entirely online, M.S. in Management students are able to pursue their existing careers and balance academic, work, and personal responsibilities.
