WordPress Origin Story

I’ve been a professional WordPress developer since 2011. My origin story is a practical one, born from years of client work. Time and again, I found that the handover process was a major pain point. Providing external documentation was inefficient. I realized the best place for a user manual was right where the user works: the WordPress admin area. This simple realization was the beginning of ManualDog, my solution to streamline the client experience and reduce post-launch support.
