I’m an engineering leader with a passion for building high-performing, globally distributed teams and crafting thoughtful digital solutions. Over the past decade, I’ve held leadership roles at organizations like Colby College, 10up, Automattic, and XWP, focusing on fostering collaborative cultures and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential.

Beyond the screen, I find balance and inspiration in the outdoors such as running, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and paddling through the landscapes of Maine and beyond. Traveling has taken me to over 25 countries, and I’m fluent in English, German, and Spanish, with aspirations to learn even more languages.

I believe that great engineering leadership is about more than just code: it’s about people, communication, and creating environments where teams can thrive.
