Guns. [17 Apr 2005|04:26pm]

I like guns- they're ridiculously manly, and make a hell of a statement. I was going to give a brief background on the history of our beloved firearms, but I think that knowing that they kick ass is more than enough to appease the masses- so here's a picture of my favorite gun:

manly movie lines [17 Apr 2005|01:21am]

[ mood | chipper ]

so, the guy in the movie in my head says,
"I'm gonna drink a lot of beer and smoke a lot of crack...
If I survive, then i guess i'm a man."

is that manly enough for this place?

better yet, what are some of the most masculine lines you've heard?

sharks! [15 Apr 2005|06:25pm]

[ mood | thoughtful ]

this is a double-post for those of you who've befriended me....

anyway, i'm watching this thing on sharkbites, and there's all this stuff about the heroes who rescue those people. balls of fucking steel. i caught the tail end of a story: this dude's kid was grabbed by a NINE FUCKING FOOT tiger shark, and the guy jumps in the fucking water and wrestles the thing. i'm not sure, but i think he might have died. like i said, i missed most of it, but the kid did die. too bad, but that's not the point.

here's the thing: Is there any other creature on God's green earth that would jump INTO water DURING a shark attack and fight the damned thing? that's manly

oh, and i've noticed that none of the heroes were women.

where's your feminism when a nine fucking footer's got your kid? In the strong arms of the alpha male, that's where!

The rules of the community state that if you reply to a comment, you should be supportive. That does not mean that you have to agree with everything said here, just that it is not always appropriate to voice your opinion.

That was what was the basic reason for Hat's banning over in feminist_rage.

What is supportive?

Is it considered supportive to agree with someone who has bulemia and is forcing themselves to vomit?

Is it more supportive to allow someone who is racist through ignorance to maintain there ignorance, or to try and inform them of a different point of view?

To be supportive, should I agree that you should go out and beat women, as oppsed to giving you the reasons you shouldn't?

If I am to support you, should I agree when you list the reasons for wanting to comit suicide?

When supporting a child who wants to have a baby at 13, should I agree that "it will love her" or should I disagree and show her the reasons she's wrong?

I'm glad my friends are willing to support me when I'm wrong (which is a lot) by disagreeing with me. Agreement does not equal support. Let's repeat that to make it clear. Agreement DOES NOT EQUAL support.

Probably the Manliest thing since Sport-Fucking.

Me and a few of my buddies watched a great fight the other night where two men beat the pulp of eachother and then were covered in eachother's blood. Robocop aka Forest won, but because the two guys had such a great fight both of them were offered contracts in the UFC.

If you're awesome just because you are, feel free to talk about it here.

If, on the other hand, you bow to peer pressure like a pansy ass, feel free to go cry in the corner. Your mommy will be here soon. I may even let her comfort you, after she makes me a sandwich and brings me some booze.

Alright it's very possible that I'm misinformed, but last I heard women outnumber men 2-1 in world population... if that's so, shouldn't we be the ones fighting for rights and freedom from oppression? Maybe feminists are really just trying to eradicate men from the planet. Those douchebags.

This country was founded on the ability of the citizens to change what they didn't like.

Feminists complain about certain things, such as advertising objectifying women, men holding the door, men paying for dinner.

These things only occur because the majority still approves and still appreciates.

Women make up ~50% of the country.

Therefore, all these feminists fighting for female "empowerment" are fighting for people who DON'T WANT IT.

Discuss.
